We use Activity To Go to monitor application updates and releases via Slack so everyone on our team is in sync. It's also very easy to setup which saves a lot of my time, as Heroku's built in App Webhooks is not really super intuitive to use. It also offers streaming activity logs to S3 which is helpful for having internal audit logs. The support is awesome as well with quick turnaround time!
